What we do
The Research & Evaluation Office (REO) is a non-profit organization.
Our mission is to shape effective policies across the health sector and beyond by providing evidence based research. We support researchers at all levels of experience to achieve research success. REO is comprehensive, end-to-end, data-driven platform created from experience. At our core, we are committed to strengthening institutional capacity in applied research, monitoring, and evaluation. actively promote the use of data-informed decisions through proper dissemination, and strategic engagement with decision-makers. REO is strictly free from political, religious, or commercial influence.

Our Services
Study design
We translate your research idea into a fit-for-purpose study design. If you have a research idea but don’t know where to begin, start here. We offer guidance and resources on funding opportunities, protocol templates, and the process for submitting ethics applications. Whether you’ve already applied for funding or haven’t yet drafted a protocol, our team can support any stage of study planning
Study Coordination
Our trained and experienced research coordinators can help guide you through your research journey with tools, services and resources, through the ethics and regulatory approval processes and then through the life of the study to publication.
Statistical analysis
Our statisticians can help with statistical design and data analysis. We will work with you to design your study to ensure it is adequately powered to answer your clinical question and then help analyse the result. We can work with you on:
• Sample size and power calculations
• Reducing study bias and confounding
• Statistical analysis of your data
• Preparing statistical reports for scientific publications
Data Management
Our multidisciplinary team provides end-to-end data management support. We design case report forms and surveys using electronic data capture platforms such as REDCap, develop data dictionaries, and establish site-specific access groups. We also manage data entry, monitoring, and secure storage, as well as the extraction, cleaning, and visualisation of data for reports and publications.
